Tim Handorf, an American philanthropist, a lover of Nigeria. His wife, Danae Handorf and their two sons Ceal Handorf and Gabriel Hanford came to Nigeria alongside their parents to witness the great development at Life Builder Ministries International and that of the host community since their last visit in the year 2023.
The president of Life Builder Ministries said Onilogbo has supported the growth of his ministries and accommodate them in his kingdom which was the major reason he brought his partner the second time they are visiting Ilogbo and seized the opportunity to pay homage to His Royal Majesty, Oba Bar. Dr. Samuel Olufemi Ojugbele at his palace.
Dr. Emmanuel emphasized on the generosity of His Majesty, a born again Christian, God's lover and his ever ready to serve God and humanity zeal. He appreciates Kabiyesi Onilogbo on his pledge to sponsor any students from Life Builder School who want to study law throughout their university level.
His heart of gratitude shows how committed he is to God for God's mercy and blessings over his life.
Onilogbo welcomes Life Builder’s team led by Dr. Emmanuel and also extended his greetings to his Partner Tim Handorf for taking their time to come to his palace.
He stated that his palace's door is always open to them any day and any time they are in Nigeria.
His Royal Majesty, Oba Bar. Dr. Samuel Olufemi Ojugbele in his statement also said, Life Builder Ministries International led by Dr. Emmanuel Oluwayemi is one of the greatest things that ever happened to his kingdom. The establishment of School and Hospital are great developmental projects that his people have enjoyed for many years through the Ministries.
Tim Handorf extended his pleasure to the Royal father and promised to assist the community especially the work of God while requesting for the needs from the royal father on the kingdom advancement work in Ilogbo and other developmental work that will impact positively on his people. He also made it known that his intention towards the ICT global market at Ogbomosho which is part of his visit to Nigeria will also be extended to Ilogbo as part of their future project.
He also urged His Royal Majesty to make his needs known to him especially those that have to do with the Kingdom advancement work and community development project since they are his priority and main reason for coming to Nigeria.
Onilogbo in his response could not hide his feelings as he indicated that the man power support is the major challenge the church is facing. He also said financial support to complete the church project he is working on is also another challenge since he only uses his little resources at his disposal to champion the course. Onilogbo stressed that he has been supporting many families and individuals who are hungry and in dear need of food to sustain themselves since the economy is not friendly.
“Hunger in the land is unbearable and my people are hungry and need food to sustain themselves since the cost of food items is extremely high and there is no work or industry around to accommodate them except some peasant farming and local businesses.”
Onilogbo also demanded for light industries especially commercial ones that will not damage their farms and with less or no environmental pollution and other environmental hazards.
Oba Bar. Ojugbele presented two of his books to Tim, Danae and their two sons, noting that they will read more of his biography and all they need to know about Ilogbo Asowo town. He briefly narrated how the Ilogbo Asowo town came to existence right from Ile Ife and had brief stay at Abeokuta, later moved to Isheri, from there to Apa before coming to Ilogbo. He also advised them to read the rest in his book.
